国際親善レガッタ2020（IFR） 中止のお知らせ
葉山マリーナヨットクラブでは、2020年5月16日に予定している国際親善レース「葉山マリーナインターナショナルフレンドシップレガッタ2020」の開催に向け準備を進める一方、新型コロナウィルス感染症の状況について注意深く推移を見守ってまいりました。
本大会は、レースのみならずパーティーを含めて関係諸国・諸団体からの多くのゲストの皆様との親善を目的とした国際交流イベントであることを踏まえ、現時点で感染拡大に収束の目処がたっていないことから、参加する皆様の安全を最優先とし2020年度のインターナショナルフレンドシップレガッタは中止とする判断に至りました。
実行委員会では、全ての皆様にとって安全で楽しい国際交流イベントとして開催できるよう、来年に向けて準備を進めていきたいと考えています。

Given the current Novel Coronavirus Pandemic, Hayama Marina Yacht Club continues to carefully monitor the situation as we approach the 7th Annual International Friendship Regatta, scheduled for 16 May.
This event is not simply a series of races but a large social gathering, focused on interaction and communication. The IFR Executive Committee wishes to focus on the safety of our sailors, distinguished guests, friends and families. Therefore this year’s Regatta will be cancelled.
With your understanding and support, we will create an unprecedentedly fun, successful and engaging International Friendship Regatta next year.
