German Sven-Erik Horsch is
one of the young upcoming Match Racers. After
sailing in the Optimist, 420 class and olympic
470 class, he had his first initial contact with
Match Racing in 2002. In his rookie year he climed
under the Top 80 in ISAF world ranking list with
only four events sailed. He and his crew are
members of the NRV Match Race Team.
After a competitive season 2003, with Grade 2 events in Europe, Australia and
America, the Nippon Cup 2004 will be his first stop on the Swedish Match Tour.
Beside Match Racing he races in the American big boat series as tactian and helmsmen.
Sven-Erik lives in Hamburg and is a MBA student at the University of Lueneburg. |
